Flooring behind the bar is industrial, non-slip tile, specially treated to resist odor, to keep from getting that stale beer smell so many bars have. Cold, draft beer is set up in close proximity to the tap. The walk-in cooler is directly behind the bar allowing the draft beer to literally flow from the keg to the tap in less than 12 inches of line. Currently the restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday and brunch on Sunday. There is plenty of room to expand & increase one’s business. Serving breakfast is one possibility. Opening up a few extra days during the week & definitely when football season comes, being open all day on Sunday & Monday should definitely increase revenue.
